Legal Advice for Ledbury Residents

With the help of the Southwark Group of Tenants Organisations, the first of several free legal advice sessions was set up in conjunction with Southwark Law Centre, Cambridge House, Citizens Advice Bureau and Anthony Gold Solicitors.

Tenants and leaseholders were informed of their rights during the ongoing situation at the Ledbury Estate on issues such as repairs, tenancy agreement, rehousing and compensation.
